Sovereign Intelligence Enterprise Era
The Sovereign IntelligenceEnterprise Era.
Build enterprise capability under the authority of the enterprise.
Paper-based work → Personal computing → Generative AI → Sovereign enterprise intelligence
The shift
How enterprise workcontinues to evolve.
Paper-based work
Paper-based work · files · pen
Records and workflows depended on physical documents and manual handling.
Personal computing
Personal computing · operating systems · office software
Work becomes digital, editable, searchable and connected through software.
Generative AI
Generative AI · creation · analysis
AI helps people draft, reason, create and work with digital knowledge.
Sovereign intelligence
Sovereign intelligence · enterprise frameworks
Enterprise frameworks bring professional-service capability under customer authority.
The problem
Defined work leaves the building, and so does the information it needs.
Enterprises buy a great deal of repeatable professional work from outside firms: software delivery, bookkeeping, contract administration, training, support operations. The work gets done, and the contracts, ledgers, source and plans it needs travel out with it. Each handoff costs time, and each engagement is bought again the next time it is needed. Not every enterprise works this way, and not all of this work can or should move; the question is which parts can, and what it would be worth.
The idea
A framework runs the work where the enterprise already has authority.
A SieF framework carries a domain’s operating model: its roles, its procedures, its rules, its exceptions and the approvals that gate them. It runs on infrastructure the customer controls, against data the customer holds, with decisions that stay with the people the law and the organisation put them with. Where a licensed professional must act, a licensed professional still acts.
Lanvex Infrastructure
Six components.Architecture first.
SieF Architecture
Common four-pillar framework architecture: deterministic Brain and Engine; advisory Judge and delegated Fleet. The OS owns the neutral core and each publisher supplies domain extensions.
02SieF OS
Customer-controlled execution environment with shared security, identity, rules, tools, local model services and administration.
03SieF SDKs and Development Tools
Versioned developer interfaces, Application Layer bridge, reference apps, domain adapters, connectors, simulators and certification test harnesses.
04Lanvex Store
Publisher-neutral catalogue with company admission, separate framework review, signed releases, licensing and lifecycle control.
05Security, Certification and Licensing
Identity, audit, policy, technical certification, licence entitlements, release signing and commercial controls.
06Commercial and Distribution Systems
Distributor accounts, channels, leads, billing, commercial records, settlements and partner operations.
SieF Architecture
Four systems.Two use AI.
Two of them run no AI at all. Choose one to see what it may do, and what it may not.
Brain · what it may not do
Runs no model. Takes no decision a rule or an approver has not authorised, and hands nothing to Engine that has not passed its gates.
Universal core in SieF OS, plus domain-specific Brain, Engine, Judge and Fleet extensions in each SieF Framework.
Lanvex Ecosystem
Seven participants,each named in full.
SieF Ventures
Independent companies that own and build sector-specific SieF Frameworks, qualify to publish, maintain products and serve enterprise customers.
SieF Developers
Engineers, architects and developer firms building permitted framework software, tools and connectors.
SieF Distributors
Country distributors and downstream Technical Sellers, Sellers and Affiliates establishing market access and customer support.
SieF Enterprise Customers
Organizations deploying approved frameworks under customer-controlled data, infrastructure, approvals and continuity.
Lanvex Venture Studio
Founder discovery, university partnerships, domain validation, incubation and independent framework venture graduation.
Lanvex Academy
Learning, training, practical examinations and credentials across five Academy pathways.
Lanvex Talent
Verified professional directory and optional talent/founder matching, subject to platform readiness and consent.
Frameworks
Nine frameworks. One for each kind of work you send outside.
Independent companies publish their own frameworks alongside them, owned by those companies and not by Lanvex, in any field including the ones above.
See the cataloguePublishing
Qualify the company. Review the product. Sign the release.
Those are three separate gates, and passing one is not passing another. A framework reaches a customer through a reviewed, signed release that the customer’s own administrator approves before it installs. Nothing publishes itself.
How the Store worksOutcomes
Security. Time. Cost.Measured on your work, not ours.
Security
What never leaves the building cannot be leaked by someone else. Records, source and plans stay in a vault the customer holds.
Time
No quoting, no queue, no waiting on another organisation’s availability. Work runs when the enterprise starts it.
Cost
A capability licensed once and reused, instead of the same work bought again each time it is needed.
Each one is measured on a scoped pilot against what you spend today, and we publish the numbers that come out of it. Measured results, in your own operation, rather than an industry average.
People
The work needs people who can build it.
Lanvex Academy teaches the architecture and assesses against it, across five pathways and forty-six modules. Lanvex Venture Studio helps domain experts form companies that own their frameworks outright. University collaborations are proposals; none is signed.
Where to start
Bring one capability inside, and measure what it changes.
Every status on this site is the real one: In development means we are building it, Upcoming means it is on the roadmap.
